Proclaiming During Christmas

Christmas time is an opportunity to give yourself to Jesus, it is also an opportunity to proclaim Christ to those who do not know Him. Much of the world recognizes Christmas in some way even in places in the world that does not celebrate Christmas is aware of it. This gives you an element of freedom to discuss the why of Christmas.

The purpose of member care is the establishment of the church. We are concerned about your health. We want these to be good years in your life and the life of your family. We want you to practice the habits of health but ultimately we want to proclaim Christ to those who do not know him, plant the church where it does not exist, partner with national churches, train ministers and Christianity workers, serve the poor, needy, and marginalized.  Our goal is to glorify God.

People lose their way when they lose their why. Christmas can be a time to recommit to proclamation. Go back to the basics. Remember your why. When we remember why Jesus left heaven, it can reaffirm why you left your family and friends to serve where you are.
