Pain and Suffering - Part 3
I believe faith is sometimes demonstrated by just keep showing up.
Prayer has been that way for me lately. I cannot say that I have had powerful moments with God. I cannot advertise revival. I have not experienced the answers to prayer I seek. In fact I have prayed for some people and circumstances for a long time and not seen improvement.
Yet I am determined to keep showing up. I am going to persist in prayer. I may not feel anything or see anything but I am going to show up. I am going to continue to intercede for myself, family, country, and world.
That is faith.
Faith means you keep showing up when you don’t feel like it and you are not experiencing results.
Faith means you believe God will respond to your prayers, even if it is not today.
Faith is trusting God with the timing as well as with the answers.
Faith is showing up.
Showing up to pray. Showing up to language school. Showing up to proclaim. Showing up to serve.
Faith is showing up.
