Do Not Take People for Granted
In a previous post, I shared my belief that success in life is measured by the quality of our relationships. Ultimately, the depth of our relationship with God and the strength of our relationships with others will determine our true success.
Degrees, possessions, status, and fame are not enough. It all comes down to God and people.
Jesus emphasized that the greatest commandment is to love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself.
Recently, I’ve been reflecting on the people who hold a special place in my life. I am deeply grateful for their presence, their contribution to the ministry, the joy they bring me, and their unwavering support, love, and patience. I am truly thankful.
I encourage you to focus on those closest to you—your family and friends. For global workers, life’s many transitions can make it difficult to build and maintain close relationships, but it’s worth the effort.
You are not a victim of your calling. Take the initiative. Make time. Be persistent. When you invest in people, those investments return manifold. Sowing and reaping is not just a financial principle—it applies to relationships as well.
